Role overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to support and enhance the Client’s Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves a mix of configuration, light development, user support, and ongoing platform optimization to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments.
Configure objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and approval processes.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and integrations as needed.
Manage user access, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
Support case management, lead-to-opportunity flows, and partner/community user setups.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
Assist in data management activities including imports, data cleansing, and reporting.
Support deployments using change sets or DevOps tools.
Participate in UAT, testing cycles, and release management.
Maintain documentation of configurations and custom developments.
Required skills and qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin and development experience.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
Experience configuring Experience Cloud (Communities/Partner Portals).
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
Basic experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs preferred).
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
Nice to have skills:
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps or deployment tools.
Experience with partner portals or community setups.
Must have skills:
2–3 years of Salesforce Administration and development experience.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
