Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce using
custom objects, fields, validation rules, and object relationships
Build and customize applications using
Lightning App Builder
Develop and maintain
Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and controllers
Implement automation using
Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Flows
Design and implement integrations using
REST and SOAP APIs
Write and maintain
Apex test classes
ensuring high code coverage
Participate in
unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support
Perform deployments using
GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Copado
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Experience in CI/CD and version control tools
Good knowledge of API-based integrations
Certifications (Mandatory)
At least one of the following:
Salesforce Administrator
Platform Developer 1
Platform App Builder
Added Advantage
Exposure to Salesforce
Agentforce
(prompt configuration, guardrails, workflows)
Experience with
OmniStudio
(FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
Familiarity with
Copado Robotic Testing
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent
5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
