Position Summary Level: Consultant, Technical Transformation or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements . Work you’ll do : Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently The Team : Our Sales & Service team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e., Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.  Qualification Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications 4 years of overall Salesforce experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud Billing Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle Experience with:                 • Salesforce CPQ                 • Orders, Order Products, and Amendments                 • Billing Schedules, Invoicing, Payments, and Credits Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Process Automation, Approval Processes) Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (hands-on or good understanding) Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred) Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud Billing Salesforce Certifications (any of the following preferred):                 • Salesforce CPQ Specialist                 • Revenue Cloud Consultant                 • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Experience in Telecom, Media, SaaS, or Subscription-based business models Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models Education: BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai S&S Hashtag- #S&S2027
