How you will contribute

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided and measured, including vendor management, contract management and service level agreements, offer suggestions to other stakeholders to enhance the experience strategy, ensure value delivery using performance metrics and analysis, and work with others to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure customer-focused delivery of services.

How you will contribute
You will implement pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. You will also get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies while at the same time building strong partnerships within the business to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases, and scope, align, adopt and leverage technology for respective learnings and pilots.

More about this role
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
1. Sales Technology Strategy
Lead the sales technology roadmap supporting SSA commercial teams.
Identify opportunities to improve route-to-market, distributor management, and digital sales capabilities.
Align global technology solutions with regional market needs.
2. Product & Platform Ownership
Own product lifecycle for sales technology platforms including:
CRM
Sales automation
Distributor management systems
Digital commerce platforms
Define product backlog and prioritization with stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Collaboratio
n
Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Work with global and regional leadership to drive adoption of digital tools
4. Delivery & Implementation
Lead end-to-end delivery of sales technology initiatives.
Coordinate with
tech
teams, vendors, and system integrators.
Ensure successful deployment
& adoption
across multiple SSA markets.
5. Data & Analytics Enablement
Enable data-driven sales decision making through dashboards and analytics platforms.
Support integration with enterprise systems such as ERP and data platforms.

Job requirements:
10
–16 years’ experience in product management, digital commerce, or sales technology platforms
Experience implementing CRM or sales automation solutions
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Experience working in global or multi-market environments
Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry
Exposure to route-to-market and distributor ecosystems
Background in digital transformation or consulting
