About the Role:
The Sales Team Leader is a crucial role at BookMyTourNow, responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. The Sales Team Leader will play a key role in driving revenue growth and shaping the success of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, coach, and mentor a team of travel consultants, typically [Number] team members.

o Identify and develop new sales opportunities and partnerships.

· Customer Relationship Management:

· Sales Process Improvement:

Qualifications:
