About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Channel Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing channel partners within the real estate sector. This role is crucial in expanding our network of channel partners to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation
Identify, onboard, and engage with new and existing Channel Partners (CPs) including brokers and alternate channels.
Drive lead generation through CPs, references, and non-traditional BTL activities at project sites.
Share regular project updates, inventory, pricing, and offers with CPs.
Train CPs and their teams on project features, USPs, and sales processes.
Implement channel marketing initiatives in coordination with the Channel Marketing team.
Performance & Target Management
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for site visits and bookings through assigned CPs.
Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of CP performance and suggest process improvements.
Monitor partner engagement and tech platform usage for efficiency.
Client Coordination & Closure Support
Coordinate with CPs and prospects for site visits and revisits.
Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with leads for closure.
Assist customers during site visits, provide product clarity, and address queries.
Work closely with clients from enquiry to booking stage to ensure smooth experience.
Market Intelligence & Networking
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.
Actively network in real estate hubs, business parks, and industry forums.
Build and maintain strong industry relationships to identify sourcing opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and Billing teams for smooth deal closures.
Support the closing team during weekends to maximize conversion.
Ensure proper documentation and collection follow-ups for designated accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in channel partner sourcing, business development, or strategic partnerships within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating with, and managing channel partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
