We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Pharma & Hospitality to join our team in Delhi, India. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of pharmaceutical products and hospitality services to clients in the Delhi area and surrounding regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in both pharmaceutical and hospitality sectors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and hospitality standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or hospitality industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
Effective time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends
Understanding of hospitality industry practices and current market trends
Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Certifications in pharmaceutical sales or hospitality management (preferred)
Willingness to travel within Delhi and surrounding areas
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
