Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven regional sales manager to join our Sales team. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships. Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and expand the partner network within the assigned region. Identify and qualify leads via research, calls, emails, and networking. Engage with educators and administrators to understand needs and offer solutions. Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and progress. Schedule product demos (virtual/in-person). Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to partners and prospective customers (schools/Colleges). Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor regional sales performance and ensure timely MIS reporting with accurate sales . Coordinate with backend and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order processing, and maximum revenue realization. Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to strengthen market positioning. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the region. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field (preferred). • 3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably within the EdTech or related education industry. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • CRM knowledge is a plus. • Good time management and problem-solving skills. Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Expertise in cold calling, product demonstrations, and inside sales strategies. High level of proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools.
