Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Sales:
Generate leads, conduct counseling sessions for prospective parents/students, and drive enrollment targets.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
Develop and execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social media management, and traditional advertising (ATL/BTL).
Outreach & Networking:
Build partnerships with local communities, kindergartens, and other institutions to build a prospect pipeline.
Event Management:
Plan and execute school open days, campus tours, educational workshops, and marketing stalls.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze competitor activity and trends to improve the school's market position.
