About this role

We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven     "Assistant Manager / Manager/ Senior Manager - Sales" at Bangalore.  This role requires you to directly interact and oversee Key Account Sales/Key Account Management/Industry Segment knowledge in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities, Excellent knowledge about Security and Telecom market, Excellent reach with Key accounts, Consultants, EPC contractors, End Customer  both Enterprise and Government with excellent flair for maintain good client & vendor relationships.   Please find below job description along with company details for your reference.    Your responsibilities:  · Direct Engagement and Sales to Key accounts. · Engage and work closely with Consultants/Projects company and EPC contractors to ensure Matrix Products and accepted and included in their approved make list, generate Funnel ,engage with SI who work with these consultants/EPC contractors. · Ensuring achievement of MPI targets & Sales targets set for the region on Month on Month basis for key parameters like Sales, Funnel, POC, etc. · Engage with SI’s to generate end-customer leads & closure (primary focus on funnel generation & closure through SI’s) · Engaging with existing Key accounts/Consultants/EPC Contractors/Project partners/SI/ for the continuation of business ·  Ensure Addition of New Key accounts( Industry Segment wise),Consultants, EPC contractors, SI’s focusing on Matrix Products · Achieve primary & secondary sales in these key accounts through existing & new SI’s · Explore and Report all new business opportunity emanating in the market  to Head office · Organizing sales/Marketing / Technical Training – for existing & new SI’s · Regular Dealer-Reseller Meets under Distributor · Collecting Updated Customer List, feedback forms   Skill sets/Experience we require: · 3-9 years proven work experience in Technology-driven Sales. · Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base · Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage · Excellent communication & presentation skills  · Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving mindset -Experience of working in and with Key Accounts, Large Projects, Consultants,EPC contractors will be an added advantage
