Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
Proficiency in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and financial acumen
