Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Client Partner
to lead
New Logo Acquisition
in the Indian/US market. The focus of this role is to hunt and close new enterprise-level clients, establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, and unlock long-term strategic growth opportunities. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with deep expertise in building robust sales pipelines, closing large-scale deals, and navigating complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition
: Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients across the assigned territory and industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
End-to-End Sales Process
: Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to solutioning, proposal development, and final commercial negotiations.
Pipeline Management
: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential deals, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term revenue targets. Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient deal closures.
C-suite Engagement
: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level and other senior executives. Engage in consultative selling and influence their strategic IT and business decisions through value-based solutions.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and support) to design tailored solutions, develop sales collateral, and prepare impactful presentations and pitches that resonate with prospective clients.
Revenue & Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Actively manage sales quotas, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Market Intelligence
: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings in a highly competitive market.
Relationship Building
: Build long-term, sustainable relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a strong reputation for the company in the market.
Qualifications:
Experience
: 8-15 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B sales, with a focus on
new business development
and securing
new logos
in the Indian market.
Proven Track Record
: Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals (₹7-10 Crores+ in deal value), particularly in IT services, consulting, and technology solutions.
Industry Knowledge
: Deep understanding of key verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology, and the ability to map client needs to the company’s solutions.
Skills & Competencies
: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across diverse industries.
Education
: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
