We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
Set individual and team performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations
Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex sales deals
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Track record of successfully closing high-value deals and maintaining client relationships
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our company's sector
Sales management certifications are preferred
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
