Summary:
Achieve targeted business results in the
Retail business through effective implementation of Branch strategy into
Operational effectiveness. Provide leadership and motivation to your agent’s
team towards raising of performance standards, and work effectively with the
external environment and be a valuable resource to the Company.

Key
Responsibilities:
·
For guidance, supervision and control over the
Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
·
For the quality of life insurance policies
sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
·
Vicariously responsible for all the acts of
omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

Job Specifications:
·
Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent
·
Minimum 0‐7 years of work experience in Sales
Development role
·
Experience in the life insurance industry / any
other industry in sales role is
necessary
·
Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of
potential market will be preferred
Age 24 -36Years
·
Good Communication Skills

Responsible for recruitment and management of
Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
·
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better
understanding of market/products.
·
Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help
them achieve m business through customers.
·
Meeting existing customers on a regular basis
for achieving service standards.
·
Execution of sales strategy – Increase market
reach and penetration through market segmentation.
·
Seek new customers and increase sales.
