Role Overview
As AI Labs Leader, you will define and execute the applied AI innovation strategy for AI LABS 365. The role requires deep expertise in AI systems, platform architecture, and leadership to scale enterprise‑grade products.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall revenue targets for AI Labs offerings across markets
Lead, manage, and scale a team of sales managers / BDMs
Define and execute GTM strategy for AI Labs platforms and solutions
Drive net‑new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion through the team
Coach teams on AI‑led, consultative, value‑based selling
Personally sponsor and close large, strategic, multi‑stakeholder deals
Set sales targets, territories, quotas, and performance metrics
Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls
Partner with Product, AI Labs, and Delivery for solutioning and PoCs
Act as senior escalation point for key customers and partners
Build a high‑performance sales culture focused on outcomes and accountability
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, AI, or IT consulting
Proven experience leading and scaling high‑performing sales teams
Track record of driving consistent quota over‑achievement through teams
Strong background in complex, consultative solution selling
Experience engaging CXOs and senior enterprise stakeholders
Solid understanding of AI‑powered platforms and enterprise SaaS models
Preferred
Experience selling AI‑driven or platform‑led solutions
Background in EdTech, certification, assessment, or compliance platforms
Exposure to AI + Blockchain / trust‑centric systems
Experience operating in fast‑scaling or build‑from‑scratch GTM environments
