Job Overview
As Sales Leader – USA, you will own revenue growth and go-to-market execution for Adoptify AI across the US market. This role requires a rare combination of enterprise sales leadership, deep technical understanding of AI/ML, and the ability to sell AI adoption—not just tools.
You will lead enterprise sales strategy, manage and scale the sales organization, and work closely with delivery, AI architects, and product teams to position Adoptify AI as a trusted AI transformation partner. This role is ideal for candidates who have sold AI platforms, GenAI solutions, Microsoft Copilot, or complex SaaS/AI services into large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Own US revenue targets across enterprise and strategic accounts
Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AI adoption services and solutions
Drive net-new logo acquisition, strategic expansions, and multi-year enterprise deals
Build predictable pipeline coverage and ensure consistent quota achievement
Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to negotiation and close
Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Transformation, CHROs, and Business Leaders
Drive complex, consultative deals involving AI readiness, deployment, governance, and adoption
Demonstrate strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI, NLP use cases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI copilots
Confidently articulate business value, architecture concepts, and AI adoption roadmaps
Collaborate closely with AI architects and delivery teams during pre-sales and solutioning
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team in the US
Set sales targets, territories, enablement plans, and performance metrics
Coach teams on value-based selling and AI-led consultative conversations
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with significant exposure to AI, SaaS, or advanced technology solutions
Proven experience selling IT consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation services
Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges in large enterprises
Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Experience selling into mid-market to large enterprise accounts in the US
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience selling AI or GenAI solutions
Experience selling Microsoft Copilot (M365, Security, or Custom Copilots)
Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI-based solutions, or enterprise AI platforms
Deep familiarity with NLP- and RAG-based enterprise use cases
Prior experience at AI, SaaS, or consulting-led organizations
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into measurable business outcomes
