About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact
CVP Sales
professional to own and grow our Commercial Value Proposition pipeline. The ideal candidate is an ex-Visa or Mastercard professional with strong existing connects within banking networks and card scheme organisations, ready to hunt aggressively and drive meaningful revenue.
What You'll Own
Drive end-to-end sales hunting across banks and merchant networks (Visa/Mastercard ecosystem)
Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across banking and payment networks
Handle operational management of accounts and sales processes
Lead category and product conversations with customers and internal teams
Key Responsibilities
Proactively hunt and acquire new business across banks and merchant networks
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships within the Visa/Mastercard ecosystem
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with internal category and product teams to shape proposals
Ensure smooth operations management post-deal
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have:
4–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in payments/fintech
Prior experience at
Visa or Mastercard
(strongly preferred) with existing connects in banking/merchant networks
Proven track record in B2B sales hunting and deal closure
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging senior banking and network leaders
Customer-facing experience
Good to Have:
Exposure to category and product discussions in payments
Experience managing large pipeline values independently
Connects within large banks and card scheme organisations
Not a Fit If:
You are looking for a non-sales, relationship-management-only role
You are not comfortable with active outbound sales hunting
