Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
Introduce Kotson Mattress and explain key benefits of organic latex
Qualify customers and understand their sleep concerns and requirements
Book showroom appointments for interested prospects
Maintain proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates
Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond professionally
Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
1. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu/Hindi preferred)
2. Clear, confident, and pleasant voice
3. Strong persuasion and listening skills |
4. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web)
