Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to promote and sell our
Jewelry ERP solutions
in the assigned territory. The role involves lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
field sales activities
for the company’s Jewelry ERP product in the assigned territory.
Generate new business leads
through cold visits, networking, and market research.
Conduct
product demonstrations
for qualified prospects and explain the benefits of the ERP solution.
Own and achieve monthly sales targets
set by the organization.
Perform
competitor mapping and market analysis
to identify business opportunities.
Follow up on leads
generated by the Inside Sales team and drive them toward closure.
Maintain
daily activity reports and updates in the CRM portal
.
Manage the
end-to-end sales process
, from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and share a
monthly sales plan
with the reporting manager.
Engage with existing clients
within the territory to identify opportunities for
upselling Sioniq products
.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with customers
to support long-term business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
.
1–4 years of experience
in field sales, business development, or B2B sales.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Experience with
CRM tools
is preferred.
Willingness to
travel within the assigned territory
.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling
ERP or SaaS products
.
Knowledge of
Jewelry retail or manufacturing industry
is an advantage.
