Roles & Responsibilities
Meet, Greet, and direct customers
Provide accurate information about the product and its specifications (e.g. product speciality, quality, pricing, and after-sales services)
Understanding and fulfilling the product and service needs of the customer
Increasing the basket size of the customer by suggesting different products
Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers
Maintaining the inventory of your respective counter and section
Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges of products as per the company policy
Coordinate with the team members to provide excellent customer service
Inform customers about campaigns, collections, and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the
manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered by the company
Record CLR along with reason and follow up with your CLRs regularly

Must have experience in jewellery background
