Prospect and identify new business opportunities to develop and expand the client portfolio in the Mumbai region and beyond
Generate new contracts and revenue streams by analyzing market trends and competitive landscape
Develop and present customized solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating product/service value propositions
Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and booking confirmations with meticulous attention to detail
Conduct regular sales activity reporting and maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking to monitor progress toward targets
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform sales approach and identify growth opportunities
Participate in business development initiatives, promotional events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and transparent communication
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and tactics to optimize team performance
Manage time efficiently to balance prospecting, client meetings, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining organizational excellence
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales executive
Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
