Job Title: Sales- District Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales -District Head
who is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a designated district. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales District Head will oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales goals and objectives for the district and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans for underperforming team members.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps or challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the district.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Manage the district sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
Ensure that all financial and sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Identify and develop new market opportunities within the district.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the [specific industry] is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
