You will work directly with leadership to

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Generation
Own the systems that generate and convert pipeline across inbound and outbound channels.
You will ensure that the company maintains a
consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports revenue targets and growth goals.
Success metrics
Pipeline coverage (3–5x revenue target)
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
Monthly and quarterly revenue growth
AI-Driven Growth Systems
Design and implement
AI-powered workflows
that increase productivity across lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and sales analytics.
You will continuously test and optimize tools that automate repetitive work and allow the team to focus on high-value activities.

Reduced manual sales tasks
Increased outreach productivity
Faster response and follow-up cycles
ICP Refinement & Market Positioning
Continuously refine the
ideal customer profile (ICP)
to ensure growth efforts focus on the highest-value opportunities.
You will work closely with marketing and sales to align
target markets, messaging, and positioning
with real market demand.

Improved meeting-to-close conversion rates
Shorter sales cycles
Sales Performance Optimization
Monitor performance across the entire pipeline and implement improvements to increase conversion and deal velocity.
You will use data and AI insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the sales process.

What You’ve Done Before
Led or supported
B2B growth or sales initiatives
with measurable revenue impact.
Built and managed
pipeline generation systems across inbound and outbound channels

Operated in
startup or fast-growth environments
where adaptability and speed are critical.
Worked with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track pipeline and performance.
Contributed to
ICP development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience in
staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions
is a strong plus.
