Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will support lead generation efforts through outbound outreach, engage potential clients, and assist in setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced startup environment, and building a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and support lead generation activities
Execute outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Research and identify high-potential leads and decision-makers
Generate interest and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with prospects
Update and manage lead data in CRM tools or spreadsheets
Track daily activities and support target achievement (calls, demos, conversions)
Build professional relationships with senior stakeholders and prospects
Work closely with internal teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Requirements
MBA/BBA graduates or final-year students preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Highly disciplined, target-driven, and accountable
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in B2B sales
