In this role, you'll be the engine of our demand generation efforts—identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. If you're energetic, organized, and excited about early-stage sales conversations, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact on our growth.Check this out - Xeno Key Responsibilities of the candidate (What will this person do) Owning outbound demand gen Researching companies & people to do targeted 1:1 reachouts over multiple channels.  Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team. Qualifying leads by gathering information about the prospect's business, needs, and budget. Educating prospects about the company's products and services, and demonstrating how they can address the prospect's pain points. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. Tracking and reporting sales activities and outcomes using a CRM system. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects along with sales. What are we looking for : SDR for 1+ yrs at enterprise SaaS doing outbound cold emailing & calling Excellent communication skills: The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present solutions. Sales experience: The candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales. Tech-savvy: As the company is in the tech industry, the candidate should be comfortable with technology and have a good understanding of software, hardware, and other tech products. Results-driven: The candidate should have a goal-oriented mindset and be driven to achieve sales targets and generate revenue. Customer-oriented: The candidate should have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Team player: The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve shared goals. Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Bachelor's degree in Tech: ( Bonus )A bachelor's degree in technology or a related field would be an added advantage.
