Role Overview:
Responsible for outbound lead generation across US through multi-channel outreach and qualifying prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads
Engage with prospects in US and global markets and schedule discovery calls
Research target accounts and build outreach strategies
Manage and track outreach via CRM and sales tools
Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion and messaging
Requirements:
3-4 years of SDR/BDR experience in US/international markets
Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working in US shift timings
