As an SDR, your core focus will be identifying and reaching out to restaurant owners, F&B managers, and hospitality decision-makers on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for our sales team. This is a WFO role based out of our office. You will be part of a close-knit team, receive hands-on training, and have clear targets and growth opportunities. What You Will Do Research and identify restaurant owners, chain managers, F&B directors, and hospitality decision-makers as target prospects. Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages to initiate conversations with potential clients. Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the restaurant and food service universe — understanding their pain points around operations, costs, staff, and growth. Qualify prospects based on business size, interest level, and budget fit before handing them off to Account Executives. Book and schedule discovery calls or product demos for the sales team. Track all outreach activity, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM daily. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of restaurant leads at various stages. Follow up consistently and professionally to move prospects through the funnel. Share feedback from the restaurant market with the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging. Who You Are Comfortable spending the majority of your day on LinkedIn — searching, messaging, and following up with prospects. A strong communicator who can write crisp, friendly, and persuasive messages that don't feel like spam. Curious about the restaurant industry — you enjoy learning how restaurants operate and what challenges they face. Resilient and target-driven — you handle rejection well and stay motivated to hit your daily and monthly goals. Organized and detail-oriented — you keep your CRM clean and your follow-up schedule tight. A team player who shows up on time, collaborates actively in the office, and contributes to a positive team culture. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent written English — you will be crafting LinkedIn messages every single day. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and how to use it for prospecting. Comfortable with CRM tools (training will be provided). Graduate in any discipline; background in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is a plus. Must be willing to work full-time from our office. Nice to Have Prior knowledge of or experience in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools.
