Role Overview
As a Trainee Sales Development Representative, you will work on prospect research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification for international markets.
You will support the senior sales team by identifying the right decision-makers and scheduling introductory meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Research companies and identify potential business prospects
Proactively reach out to prospects through professional platforms
Identify and approach the correct stakeholders within organizations
Understand basic prospect requirements and qualification criteria
Book introductory meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
Follow daily activity targets and structured processes
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates / recent college pass-outs
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable with research, communication, and follow-ups
Willing to work in a process-driven, performance-tracked environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Background in business, marketing, IT, or related fields
Exposure to B2B or service-based companies
Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools
