Key Responsibilities
Sales (Learning + Execution)
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Support in lead generation and follow-ups
- Assist in product demos and presentations
- Learn and gradually handle deal closures Customer Success (Core Focus for Freshers)- Support onboarding of new clients
- Help clients understand and use the platform effectively- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with technical team
- Ensure smooth communication and timely responses Account Support- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Update CRM and maintain records- Assist senior team members in managing key accounts
Who Can Apply
-Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, MBA, or similar)
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Strong interest in sales, client interaction, and technology
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi; any other language is a plus)
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
-Basic understanding of MS Excel / CRM tools (training will be provided)
