Job Title: Sales - Country Zonal Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales -Country Zonal Head
who is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations within a designated zone across the country. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, managing a team of regional sales managers and representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Country Zonal Head will play a critical role in expanding market presence and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales goals and objectives for the zone and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop improvement plans for underperforming employees.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the National Sales Director.
Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps or challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the zone.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Identify and develop new market opportunities within the zone.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the zonal sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
Ensure that all financial and sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the zone.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business
Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the [specific industry] is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the zone and occasionally nationwide as required.
The Sales Country Zonal Head will primarily work from an office environment, with frequent travel to meet with the sales team, customers, and attend industry events.
This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet sales targets or attend events.

Salary Range: INR 17,00,000 - INR 25,00,000 per annum
