We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to manage fintech documentation, coordinate sales and service operations, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle fintech documentation and process coordination
Support day-to-day sales and service operations
Resolve operational issues faced by the sales team and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution
Track pending cases, orders, and service requests
Maintain reports and operational data for business tracking
Enable the sales team to focus on business growth and client management
Requirements:
Good coordination and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability
Basic understanding of sales and service operations
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
MBA / Graduate background preferred
