Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Domestic Market)
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator will act as a
central execution anchor
between dealers, sales team, and internal functions (production, logistics, marketing, and material management) to ensure
accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and seamless customer support
for the South region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Execution Control
Ensure accuracy of specifications, pricing, and commercial terms
Coordinate internal approvals (sales, finance, technical)
2. Dealer Coordination & Support
Track dealer orders end-to-end from booking to dispatch
Align with production, material, and logistics teams for committed delivery timelines
Provide product-related assistance and resolve operational/technical queries
Maintain strong dealer engagement and service responsiveness
3. Sales Support (Pre & Post Sales)
Assist on-field sales team with samples, proposals, sales collaterals and required documentation for client submissions
Provide backend support for client inquiries and technical coordination, Ensure timely response and follow-up until closure
Assist with online and offline tenders, Pre-qualifications.
4. MIS, Coordination & Process Efficiency
Prepare and maintain MIS reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Marketing
Production
Logistics
Material Management
Improve coordination efficiency and turnaround time
Handle multiple tasks with accuracy, speed, and structured follow-ups
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Min 5 years in manufacturing / B2B sales coordination
Exposure to
dealer network management

Technical Requirements
Familiarity with
ERP systems
Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, SAP, or Salesforce
Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
Comfortable with
WhatsApp / Business communication tools
Exposure to
AI tools
(preferred)
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
