Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, distributors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, follow-up abilities, and experience in handling sales documentation and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
● Assist the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
● Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and end customers for order processing and updates.
● Ensure smooth communication between sales, service, and logistics teams.
● Follow up on pending payments from parties.
Order Processing & Documentation
● Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices in coordination with the accounts and logistics team.
● Maintain records of pricing, discounts, customer details, and sales contracts.
● Track order status and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the warehouse and dispatch teams.
Customer & Distributor Engagement
● Handle customer queries related to pricing, product availability, and order status.
● Follow up with clients, distributors, and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Support the sales team in resolving escalations and after-sales queries.
Reporting & Data Management
● Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and pipeline tracking.
● Update and manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
● Assist in preparing sales performance reports and market analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales.
● Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
● Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under deadlines
