1. Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proformas, sales orders, and pricing sheets.
Coordinate with clients for documentation requirements, follow-ups, and order status updates.
Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales pipelines.
Support the team in preparing presentations, product decks, and catalogues.
2. Order Management
Manage end-to-end order processing, including order creation, tracking, and dispatch coordination.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipment status, monitor delivery timelines, and flag potential delays.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manage documents such as quotations, SOs, POs, invoices.
Maintain accurate records of samples, orders, payments, outstanding amounts, and follow-up actions.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
4. Customer Interaction
Handle client queries over phone/email and provide timely updates.
Ensure professional communication to maintain high service levels.
Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and repeat orders.
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with sales executives, operations, accounts, and warehouse teams.
Coordinate sample dispatch, product availability checks, and production timelines.
Help plan and execute internal team meetings, dealer visits, and sales activities.
