Role Summary
We are looking for a
B2B Sales professional
to drive customer acquisition and growth for Swift’s B2B shipping solutions. This role will focus on identifying businesses with B2B logistics requirements and helping them adopt Swift for reliable, scalable, and cost-effective shipping operations.
The candidate should understand logistics-led selling and be comfortable engaging with operational, procurement, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for Swift’s B2B shipping solutions
Identify target segments such as distributors, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, marketplaces, and businesses with intercity shipment needs
Understand customer requirements across shipment type, serviceability, weight profile, billing expectations, and operational workflows
Present Swift’s B2B capabilities, rates, operational processes, and service advantages
Handle end-to-end sales process including lead generation, meetings, commercials, negotiations, and closure
Coordinate with internal operations and implementation teams for activation of new accounts
Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for volume growth and service expansion
Maintain pipeline trackers, sales reports, and account-level growth plans
Gather market feedback and competitive inputs from the field
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, surface transport, freight, shipping, or B2B commerce solutions
Strong understanding of B2B customer sales cycles
Ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into solutions
Good negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong communication and execution capability
Preferred Background
Prior experience in B2B logistics, aggregator sales, freight tech, transport solutions, or field sales
Existing network among businesses with regular B2B shipping demand
Understanding of zone-based pricing, shipment weight profiles, and service commitments
