Role Summary
We are looking for a driven
Sales Executive
to support new customer acquisition across SMB and mid-market merchants. This is a high-energy role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, product pitching, follow-ups, and assisting in account closures.
The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in B2B sales within ecommerce and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business profile, shipment volumes, current shipping setup, and requirements
Explain Swift’s value proposition to sellers, brands, and merchants
Schedule demos and discovery calls for senior sales team members where required
Follow up consistently with leads and move them through the sales funnel
Support commercial discussions and onboarding coordination
Maintain CRM discipline and update lead status, next steps, and key customer details
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding handoff
Help generate market intelligence on competitor pricing, merchant requirements, and common objections
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong spoken and written communication
Good follow-up discipline and objection handling skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and target-based roles
Ability to understand customer pain points and explain solutions clearly
Basic understanding of ecommerce, logistics, SaaS, or merchant operations is preferred
Preferred Background
Experience in logistics, shipping, SaaS, fintech, ecommerce enablement, or merchant acquisition
Experience handling SMB or mid-market accounts
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel tracking
