1. Role Description Adaan Digital is building an AI-first, performance-driven execution engine for global markets. We’re hiring beginner SaaS website designers who want to build real production capability — not “practice design.” You’ll work with our SaaS Design Unit to create responsive, conversion-ready websites on modern builders (Wix/Duda and similar), using AI to improve speed, consistency, QA, and output per hour. This is a delivery role with measurable quality and deadline standards. 2. Key Responsibilities A. SaaS Website Design Execution Build and customise websites on SaaS builders (e.g., Wix, Duda or similar) Translate a brief into page structure, layout, and design system choices Create clean, consistent UI across pages (spacing, typography, colours, hierarchy) Design with conversion intent: clear sections, CTAs, and scannable flow B. Responsive Design & Compatibility Ensure mobile-first execution and responsive behaviour across breakpoints Test and fix cross-browser and cross-device issues Maintain design consistency across devices C. Collaboration & Delivery Ownership Coordinate with project leads and supporting teams to clarify requirements Deliver designs aligned to milestones (no last-minute surprises) Maintain clean handoffs and clear documentation of decisions D. AI-First Design Workflow Use AI daily for: Layout ideation and variant exploration Copy block structuring and section sequencing Design QA checklists and consistency checks Accessibility and readability suggestions Automate repetitive steps (templates, checklists, reusable components) Improve output per hour without reducing quality AI is expected as a daily accelerator — not optional. 3. Skills Required Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, contrast, spacing) Mobile-first and responsive design understanding Attention to detail (pixel discipline, consistency, QA mindset) Ability to follow a brief precisely Communication skills for internal collaboration Basic understanding of website UX and conversion structure 4.
