Where You’ll Make a Difference: Process Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process, including general ledger and costing close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliation, FP&A, and financial reporting. Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, with experience applying them in financial statement preparation. Experience supporting transitions, mergers, and demergers, including managing the related financial accounting implications. People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of R2R professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning. Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, and build strong team relationships by addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the R2R process. Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, clients), proactively identify and manage R2R‑related risks, and address queries in a timely and effective manner. What Makes You the Right Fit Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred). 15+ years of experience in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with strong proficiency in SAP and related accounting, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools. Solid understanding of SOX controls and Lean methodologies, with experience applying them to process improvement and compliance initiatives. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams within a service‑delivery environment. Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment. Experience driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred; Lean certification is an added advantage. How Would You Stand Out?
