ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage RTO Freeze shipments and ensure proper validation.
Oversee Reverse Logistics operations and shipment flow.
Clear daily RTO/Reverse aging and maintain zero backlog.
Plan rosters for RTO and Reverse teams.
Monitor team performance and implement PIP when required.
Ensure timely dispatch of RTO and Reverse shipments.
Coordinate with delivery teams to resolve return-related issues.
Handle real-time escalations and maintain operational service levels.
Conduct onboarding and training for new team members.
Maintain accurate scanning, documentation, and SOP adherence.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry
Strong management skills & Local geography knowledge
Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics operations, including delivery executive and driver roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
