Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced
RPGLE Business Analyst
with strong techno-functional expertise in legacy systems and banking/financial applications.
Key Skills:
Strong experience in
RPGLE / AS400
Good understanding of
Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Experience with
IBM iSeries / AS400 environment
Knowledge of
SQL / DB2
Exposure to
maintenance, enhancement, and migration projects
Good to Have:
Experience in
Banking / Financial Services
Understanding of
batch processing & legacy systems
Agile / Scrum exposure
Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements
Prepare
functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
Work closely with development teams on RPGLE-based systems
Support testing, UAT, and production issues
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
