RPA Developer (UiPath Specialist)1
Key Job Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management:
Provide L2 support for bot failures, technical issues, and functional errors using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Perform deep-dive analysis on failed UiPath processes (REFramework) to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Orchestrator Management:
Monitor, deploy, and manage bot scheduling, assets, and queues.
Bot Enhancements:
Implement minor changes and enhancements to existing automation solutions.
Environment Support:
Assist with infrastructure issues, such as VM connectivity, application access, and credentials.
Documentation:
Update Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
2+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and debugging.
Languages:
Knowledge of .NET (C# or
VB.NET
), Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
Certifications:
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification
is often required or preferred.
Tools:
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
