Room Service Order Taker

Answer incoming calls for room service orders in a polite and professional manner Accurately record guest orders and special requests Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the POS system Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Handle guest complaints or escalate to the supervisor when necessary Diploma or Degree equivalent (Hotel Management preferred)
