Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled
Robotics Trainer
to join our
Customer Success
team. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive robotics sessions for students in our partner schools. The role requires regular travel to various schools as per the training schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on Robotics and STEM sessions for school students.
Demonstrate the working of robotics kits, sensors, and programming tools in an interactive manner.
Ensure students understand robotics concepts, problem-solving, and coding fundamentals.
Maintain, assemble, and troubleshoot robotics kits and related equipment.
Travel to assigned schools according to the training schedule (within and possibly outside the city).
Collaborate with the Content and curriculum team to enhance training modules.
Provide feedback and reports on student engagement, performance, and session outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
Passion for teaching and working with school students.
Good knowledge of robotics, electronics, and programming.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
