Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
RM Stores Executive
with 3+ years of experience to manage raw material stores operations efficiently. The role involves overseeing RM dispensing, material handling, inventory control, and manpower management to ensure smooth production support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
Raw Material (RM) dispensing
as per production requirements
Handle
material receiving, inspection, and proper storage
Ensure accurate
inventory management and stock reconciliation
Maintain proper documentation for
GRN, stock records, and issue registers
Oversee
material handling processes
to avoid damage and ensure safety
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability
Supervise and manage
store manpower
for efficient operations
Ensure compliance with
company policies, safety standards, and audits
Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess inventory
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in RM stores or warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of
RM dispensing and inventory management
Experience in
material handling and receiving processes
Ability to manage and lead
store staff/manpower
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
Good organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry is an advantage
