Our Values: Take Charge Build Trust Thrive Together Pursue Excellence Focus on Quality Designation: RF Systems Engineer Responsibilities: Own RF link performance across UAV platforms (airborne and ground segments) Perform complete link budget calculations (FSPL, fade margin, cable losses, antenna gain, polarization losses, etc.) Evaluate and shortlist radios, antennas, RF cables, connectors, and amplifiers Optimize antenna placement considering airframe effects, multipath, shadowing, and BVLOS constraints Conduct RF performance validation through field testing and lab measurements Analyze RSSI, SNR, noise floor, interference sources, and spectrum occupancy Define RF qualification test plans (range testing, EMI/EMC considerations, environmental validation) Troubleshoot communication failures in operational environments Qualifications.: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or related field. Desired Skills: Strong understanding of electromagnetics, RF propagation, antenna theory and digital signal processing Experience in communication protocols Working knowledge of test equipment to measure RF performance Project planning and reporting Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills Problem solving skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail Ability to self-manage and manage small teams
