About this role

We are seeking a visionary and analytical   Revenue Manager to join our team at Mercure Hyderabad KCP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize our Hotel's financial performance. What you will be doing: Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all channels. Implement and optimize revenue management systems and tools to enhance decision-making processes. Present revenue performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Drive the hotel annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial target A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field is required A minimum of 4-6 years of extensive experience in revenue management within a five-star hotel establishment or equivalent field, demonstrating a proven track record of exceptional performance. Comprehensive expertise in advanced revenue optimization strategies and techniques is essential. Superior analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic, actionable plans.
