We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, email, and traditional digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to develop campaign assets.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
Monitor campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Utilise marketing automation (Clevertap, Moengage etc) tools to create, deploy, and track email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notification campaigns.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising. Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
Experiment with new growth tactics and channels to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Post Grad - preferred (not mandatory)
3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management and growth marketing, preferably in a digital business.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Clevertap, Moengage etc)
