We are seeking a Retail Media Monetization Specialist to build and scale commerce-driven media monetization across retail and e-commerce ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for Retail Media Network (RMN) strategy, audience monetization, and programmatic integrations that enable brands to leverage audience data, commerce signals, and retail media inventory to drive incremental revenue for RMN and measurable business outcomes for non-endemic advertisers.
This role sits at the intersection of commerce, advertising technology, and data monetization, requiring expertise in online marketplaces, programmatic platforms, and audience strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Retail Media Monetization
Develop and implement
Retail Media Network (RMN) monetization strategy
for retail and e-commerce partners, with focus on Non-Endemic advertisers.
Build commercial propositions around
onsite, offsite, and in-store media inventory
.
Build Go-To-Market decks, establish client outreach and be responsible for
achieving advertising revenue/inventory monetization targets for respective Retail Media Networks
Identify new revenue streams leveraging
commerce data, shopper insights, and digital shelf placements
.
Programmatic & AdTech Integration
Design and implement
programmatic monetization models
using SSPs, DSPs, and retail media platforms.
Develop
audience segments and targeting strategies
based on shopper data/insights from Retail Media Networks.
Audience Monetization
Build
data monetization frameworks
leveraging retailer first-party data.
Create
audience packages for brands across onsite and offsite media activation
.
Partner with data platforms to enable
clean room integrations and privacy-compliant targeting
.
Partnerships & Commercial Development
Work with
retailers, brands, and technology partners
to scale retail media offerings.
Lead
joint business plans with retail partners
to grow commerce media revenue.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop
brand propositions and media packages
.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
10–14 years in
digital media, commerce media, programmatic advertising, or retail media
.
Experience working with
e-commerce platforms, retailers, or media agencies
.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of
programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP/CDP)
.
Hands-on experience with
commerce media platforms and retail advertising tools
.
Understanding of
first-party data activation and audience segmentation
.
Strategic Capabilities
Ability to build
Retail Media Network (RMN) monetization models
.
Experience designing
commerce media strategies across shopper touchpoints
.
