We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join ibis Jaipur City Centre. As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth coordination between all areas.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, health codes, and liquor laws.
Analyze financial reports, sales data, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, considering market trends and guest preferences.
Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both staff and guest.
Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative ideas to keep the establishment competitive.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, including menu planning.
Strong front-of-house (FOH) operational experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
Service oriented with an eye for details.
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
