We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Resort Manager to lead our prestigious property in Mumbai, India. As the Resort Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our resort operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth in this vibrant metropolis.
Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies
Plan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local attractions in Mumbai
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with Indian hospitality regulations and industry standards
Continuously improve resort facilities, services, and guest experiences
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence
Implement and maintain safety and security protocols for guests and staff
Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the resort's offerings
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of Indian hospitality industry regulations and standards, particularly in Mumbai
Experience in marketing, sales, and revenue management
Ability to make decisive decisions and solve complex problems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Crisis management and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
